I have lived at my home that KWI manages for 4 years. They are easy to deal with, rent is fair. When things brake in the house it gets fixed right away. They also send out the right ppl for the job. Kwi has a Maintenance crew but when it comes to Electrical or plumbing issues they don't hesitate to call professional to fix it.They do one year Inspection and always work with are schedules to make it easy for us. I'm every impressed with this management company.

I have been in the same house for 3 years. And honestly, They are hands down the best rental company I have ever had.They follow thru with maintenance requests.They don’t stop til the job is done.My front railing broke off and they had someone there the next day!! My furnace broke. And it was a struggle to find out what was wrong. Everytime a company showed up… it clicked back in and started working ? typical right? They brought me space heaters and helped me. They are sooo amazing!!Until I buy a house someday…. I never want a different rental company

Great place to live and start a family. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The leasing agents were nice and friendly. I felt safe and secure and comfortable knowing the police were just a call away and a stones throw away from Resers market and pharmacy. Thanks KWI for a great stay. I might look KWI up again and reapply for an apartment if I ever move back to Spokane.
