Had a lovely experience with Ashley J. at the Post Falls location. I am pretty picky about my hair and usually pay top dollar for haircuts. The last cut i got somewhere else was not great and was beyond expensive at an upscale salon. Figured I would chance Great Clips for the quick convenience if nothing else. Ashley did an AMAZING job! Listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Skilled and friendly. 5 star stylist for sure. I am not sure if you can "request" a specific stylist but if so I would absolutely go back to her.

Great place for a quick haircut, and they keep your information available for each visit.

The post falls location always seems to be the busiest. You'll wait upwards of an hour for a single cut, or you can drive 20 minutes to a neighboring location and be seen immediately. Service is consistent no matter which one you go to.

Just brought my very inquisitive and wriggly 5 year old son for a haircut. Reed was very patient with him and did a bang up job! He took his time and my son looks so handsome! Quality work, professional, and good with kids ?
