“Jennifer the estimator was great to work with in meeting with us and explaining the process of how they install the coating, the cost and time to install. Which was right on target when completed! The schedule she gave us is exactly how it happened. Rikki called us well in advance and gave us the schedule with the installers (Sam & Landon) that would be working on our project. Sam and Landon called on the morning of the install and said they would be there within 30 minutes and they were. They did a fantastic job on our front porch. There communications are very well informative and detailed. I was very comfortable with how they explained all the details and performed when they were installing the product. Very professional. They called with an estimated time, showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently, left the area clean and looking fantastic. My wife and I are very happy with the detailed and impressive experience from the beginning to the end of the project.
