Oh man.... where do I begin... when @the.body.alchemist first asked me about doing @embodied.mystic.retreats I was skeptical, but knowing her, I knew this could be something good. The thought of cooking for everyone while Whitney, @jake.casey.coach, and @mamanacco do their thing and help people in the most extraordinary way possible sounded like a solid plan! But what I never knew is how it would quite literally change my life. I've struggled for alot of years with self doubt, depression, anxiety, and the feeling of not being worthy of anything. Each retreat we have hosted I've come out a different person than I went in! How does that work!? Each retreat the group of people is so different, yet everyone is working through simular things and it's crazy how people just fit and you find yourself in them, understanding their struggles, feeling their feelings, being able to heal together. I have truly met some of the most outstanding, strong, powerful, and willing people during these retreats, and some have become amazing friends who stay in your life and keep coming back to the retreats! I encourage people to take that first step, whatever it is, however you wanna do it, it's a long road but when you find a group on people who are willing to do the same, it makes the healing process so much better!!
Lexi was fantastic! Such a great experience for my first massage. I feel like a hundred bucks! She was so gentle and I always love her energy š the space was beautiful and comfortable and so relaxing. I definitely recommend coming here for healing. ššš»
After a month of Access Bars sessions with Whitney, I feel like a different person. Thought processes and unhealthy cycles, that likely would have taken years of therapy to address, feel so obvious. I find myself reacting in slow motion and identifying/halting old patterns. I feel overall less tied to rigid boundaries and less condemned by my inability to set them constantly. My life is no longer a maze of rules but an organic conversation with myself about what does and does not serve me. In granting myself the freedom to pivot and transform, I find myself extending the same grace to others. Old wounds seem impermanent. Old grudges seem silly. Old armor seems unnecessary. To say Iām grateful to Whitney for her work, seems altogether undersell my feelings. This experience changed my life.
