Jordan, Conrad, JJ and the team did a nice job during some adverse weather conditions. They installed our whole home Generac generator system. Whenever we had an issue arise they were flexible and attentive to resolving the issue. This was the first time we used comfort heating, cooling and electrical. I would recommend them for any whole home generator needs.
Eric was our technician recently. He serviced our furnace along with the furnace and split unit at my Mother’s house. Eric is an extremely knowledgeable and capable technician. He fully explained everything he did and happily answered questions I had about our HVAC. My Mother has had Comfort service her HVAC for years and it was because of her recommendation that we had them service ours. Eric was also my Mother’s technician this last summer when her A/C unit broke down. He knew exactly what to do and got it up and running again.
