We have a split system in our livestock show barn, on a hot July day it stopped working…..Bill’s was the only company who would make an emergency call after hours to fix while every other company said a ac unit for animals was not priority. I’m beyond appreciative for a company that understood it was an emergency to us. They took care of the issue and have continued to take care of this unit to make sure it can perform to the best of its ability and keep our daughters show pigs comfortable. They will continue to be our go to heating & a/c company hands down!

This was an amazing experience! We woke up to our thermostat not working. My husband checked all the things to see if he could fix it himself but we called Bills heating and A/C to be safe. Taylor was able to get us a same day appointment and Ronnie came out within 40 minutes of me calling. Ronnie was thorough and was able to help us diagnose the problem quickly! The customer service between Taylor and Ronnie was top tier and and speed to respond was phenomenal!! We will definitely recommend Bills to anyone who needs HVAC assistance and they will be our go to for future needs.
