Air Conditioner died for no apparent reason...did some obvious troubleshooting and could not find the issue. We are loyal High Mark customers for their annual service and system checks which is normally performed by Chris (a consummate professional, courteous and friendly) for heating and cooling, and this is why. Stephanie answered the call and dispatched a crew for the same day the call was made. Chris was busy so Timmy and Cody came. In less than two hours they diagnosed the problem, had the parts available in their truck and got the air conditioning back up... read full review

We called High Mark out today for our issue. Timmy was our tech. What an Awesome guy. Our dogs didn't bother him, trouble shot our issue and fixed it and even found an issue in the attic that we were unaware of and fixed that too. Great guy, Great Company. Thank you!
