I took a bridesmaid dress here to have it cleaned before the wedding, the second week of September. It cost $20. After the wedding, I took it back to have it cleaned again, the first week of October and it cost $44. In three weeks, the price for the same exact garment more than doubled. While the dress is clean, I will not be using this place again.
Even though we had to go across town to pick up our shirt from Valet (instead of Gate City Dry Cleaners), I am very pleased with how clean my shirt turned out. Not just any shirt. This shirt has different colored silk ribbons on it. I was a little afraid to get it dry cleaned, thinking the ribbons would fray. But kiddos to VALET DRY CLEANERS!!! The Ribbon Shirt was ready for the Sho-Ban Festival. Two Thumbs ? Up!! I will be utilizing your services in the FUTURE!! YOU HAVE EARNED A NEW CUSTOMER!!
Came in to get my son's graduation gown pressed today and Melissa did a wonderful job, she was fast and very thorough. Great creases on the sleeves just like I asked for and the gown is as smooth as glass. My son is going to look fantastic waking to get his diploma. Thank you your valet and especially Melissa you did awesome and I hope they recognize your hard work because I know from experience gowns suck to do. I'd recommend Melissa to anyone
