Yoga classes here are great, very accommodating for all fitness levels. The guided meditations at the end of class are so soothing. The space itself is big, well lit and with lots of plants. The background visuals and playlists they have on during class are really nice too. I love that this studio is a family effort - both Alisha and her sister Tiffany are amazing teachers!
Relaxing environment and I always leave feeling so much better. I have MS and the chair yoga has been wonderful for me. I'm ready to try Restorative Yoga as well. Thank you so much!!
Love, love this yoga studio!! Alicia and all instructors are amazing! This studio also offers workshops and fun classes/activities for the whole family. I recommend this studio to my family and friends.
