Excellent job! Gio and Tanner came out to American Falls to help with our drain pipes through our home. Both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we have had to use their services 3 times now, but each and every time I have been so impressed! They are always quick to come out, quick to finish the job, and very friendly!

Roto Rooter has been my go-to for septic service, but, recently, I truly impressed with their response to my urgent needs when my drains became plugged and my septic backed up.

They activated their team and had a truck at my driveway in less than an hour. They diligently worked despite the freezing temperatures causing challenges. Additionally, they sent another team of experts to clear my drains and replace my toilet seals. Despite the army of troops and equipment, the overall cost was reasonable and the peace of mind was invaluable.
