So my drain in my laundry room recently clogged up causing everything to flood and backup. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter any day! Rio and Jose did an amazing job. They were super patient and efficient and very thoughtful and nice. Want to talk about punctual? They were there the minute they said they were going to be there. They actually beat me to my house lol. They took care of the job amazingly and I haven't had an issue since! Would definitely highly recommend!!
I had waste water backing up into my tub and the toilet would not flush all the way. I put in a maintenance request with my property manager right after work this evening. Not 10 minutes after, I then noticed that Roto Rooter was making a visit to my direct apartment neighbor. I told the two technicians that I was having the same problem. Andrew and Tanner both said that they would assist with my issue as well. Mind you, the maintenance request would not even be looked at until tomorrow. Tanner snaked the drains in my neighbor's apartment while Andrew was in my apartment to make sure my toilet or tub wasn't ripped apart by it.
