Specifically, Joe went above and beyond. He told me that he works on the units like they were his own. And he did! He was kind and patient with answering all questions. He found metal fatigue in our heat exchanger because he went the extra mile. I was absolutely thrilled with him!
Russ was a amazing technician. He had a wealth of knowledge, and helped fixed our problem quickly. Without trying to over sell what wasn't needed. Highly recommend if you're having HVAC problems.
The tech, Russ Hough, that helped me was awesome! From being polite and professional to very patient with all my questions. He explained everything where it made better sense on what could cause issues for my unit. Highly recommend him! I hope i dont need it but if a tech needs to stop by, I wish I get him every time.
