The Pocatello VA Clinic impresses with its prompt service for appointments and drop-ins, especially for hearing aid issues. The care team is highly praised for their exceptional treatment, being caring, courteous, and personal, making the clinic stand out compared to local civilian clinics.
The staff is friendly the lady at the front desk Hanna almost knows the names of all the veterans before they check in. The man who draws the labs hits my hidden vain with ease and no pain.
The pocatello va clinic always amazes me. An appointment or a drop in for a small problem, they get me in and take care of it. ( it’s usually hearing aide related but not always).
I'm giving 5 stars for the care team that handles my health care. They are simply great people. I haven't dealt with the majority of the rest of the staff, but hopefully they're as awesome as mine.
