We talked in unsure of actually making changes in our home but we wanted to just go take a look. We left confident in our flooring option and had narrowed down to a few carpet samples. McKenna walked us through all of our questions and scheduled very quickly to come out and get measurements and an estimate put together. She has been very thorough every step of the way! Brooklyn briefly helped us over the weekend as we finalized color choices and was also so willing to help. Thanks for a great experience so far. I will share more when we actually have it all installed.

Excellent experience all around. I am somewhat experienced with floor installation, and Josh R., the installer, did an outstanding job. A number of unknown issues showed up once the carpet was pulled that Josh corrected prior to the installation of the floor. He is very professional and skilled in his work. Highly recommend.Ron
