“These people are the best. Dr Fulchs has been the PCP for our boys ever since we've lived in Idaho which is most of one's life and all of the others. From routine appts to injuries and illnesses they've always had a very professional, empathetic, and calming demeanor. The nurses the front desk people everyone there greets you with the smile and bids farewell with one. They go out of their way to be sure your child and you are comfortable and always take the time to answer every question.
We had an urgent appointment today they squeezed us right in within minutes even though they were crowded.
Dr Parsons and Ashley (didn't get the front desk ladys name I was worried and distracted) But they were all wonderful. The front desk let me know it was definitely past time for a checkup so she got us scheduled in. She was wonderful.
Ashley was friendly and patient and definitely had the empathy that a mother carries for all children. She was awesome and I thank her forgetting us in so quickly.
Dr Parsons was amazing. Definitely had the same mother instincts that help my children feel better being in the doctor's office. And she helped calm my nerves too by answering any and all questions I had I almost felt like I was the most high maintenance one of all today lol. She kept my son calm and got right on his level and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible.
Really appreciate you all. Dr Fulchs, Parsons, and all the other doctors, nurses, and staff that have seen us over the years have made us feel at home and as comfortable as can be.
