My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Anderson, besides providing awesome care, I have been dealing with some medical issues and Dr. Anderson is helping me with that. I felt he was very knowledgeable and made me feel somewhat better about my situation.

Family Vision Associates offers complete comprehensive eye care, contact lenses, specialty eye services and eyeglasses for the whole family. The office uses cutting edge technology and extra time to answer all questions and fit the right pair of eyeglasses. Staff is friendly, easy to talk, kind, attractive and respectful. Doctors are nice, care about patients and give great exams, showing and explaining the eye exam to you. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is helpful, professional and customer oriented. No wait time, only a few minutes, makes you feel good about your visit. The staff is helpful, the tech is great at her profession and the girls are wonderful. Family Vision makes a better than ever eye care experience and would recommend to family and friends.

WOW! I just found my new eye doctor!! But, I didn't do it without some wonderful help from Sheila, one of their amazing staff members, on her own time, outside of work hours! Talk about a wonderfully caring individual! I knew where she worked, but had never been there before, and I had some concerns, and some very concerning eye problems going on. She listened to me, answered questions, and then help me get an appointment to see the doctor, when she had me call her at work the next morning. So incredibly kind!! And, my experience with Family Vision Associates didn't end there. Can I tell you...their Pocatello staff, from the lady at the desk clear on through to my experience with the doctor, was amazing! Each and everyone of the four that helped me, were so kind, and so understanding of my worry and concerns, that I was honestly in awe. It just made my day. They showed genuine concern, and worked with every ounce of due diligence to ease my worries! They took great care to give me one of the best diabetic eye exams that I have ever received, and Dr. Housley didn't just end the visit with the eye exam, he sent me on my way with information and tips that would help me, as a diabetic, to help myself! I've never had that level of care from an eye doctor before!! Seriously...if you are looking for GREAT eye care, check them out!!! Soooo impressive!! P.S. First time going to Dr. Anderson. I was very impressed with my eye exam. The optometrist tech, Elly, was so great at her profession. Very friendly young lady, that makes you feel comfortable through out the exam. Dr. Anderson gives a great exam, while showing and explaining your eye exam to you. The best part of my appointment was there was no wait time. My appointment was at 3:00 and I had to wait only 5 minutes. This was a big plus.
You leave there feeling good about your eye exam. The staff in the office are friendly and customer oriented.
