My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Anderson, besides providing awesome care, I have been dealing with some medical issues and Dr. Anderson is helping me with that. I felt he was very knowledgeable and made me feel somewhat better about my situation.
WOW! I just found my new eye doctor!! But, I didn't do it without some wonderful help from Sheila, one of their amazing staff members, on her own time, outside of work hours! Talk about a wonderfully caring individual! I knew where she worked, but had never been there before, and I had some concerns, and some very concerning eye problems going on. She listened to me, answered questions, and then help me get an appointment to see the doctor, when she had me call her at work the next morning. So incredibly kind!! And, my experience with Family Vision Associates didn't end there. Can I tell you...their Pocatello staff, from the lady at the desk clear on through to my experience with the doctor, was amazing! Each and everyone of the four that helped me, were so kind, and so understanding of my worry and concerns, that I was honestly in awe. It just made my day. They showed genuine concern, and worked with every ounce of due diligence to ease my worries! They took great care to give me one of the best diabetic eye exams that I have ever received, and Dr. Housley didn't just end the visit with the eye exam, he sent me on my way with information and tips that would help me, as a diabetic, to help myself! I've never had that level of care from an eye doctor before!! Seriously...if you are looking for GREAT eye care, check them out!!! Soooo impressive!! P.S.
