My experience with Jordan, at Manic mechanic, was absolutely by far. The best experience I’ve had with a mechanic/auto shop in 20 years!! He resolved a bolt that had broken off at my thermostat Housing, got it drilled out re-tapped and repaired at a very reasonable price! His customer service skills are commendable!! He went completely out of his way to get me my keys so that I could pick up my vehicle at a later time… I will absolutely be using the shops services again and will be recommending Jordan and the work he does to everyone I encounter! Been looking for a dependable mechanic in Pocatello. I found one in this place. First, let me say, super friendly! Jordan has great customer service at the front desk.
My 2018 F150 was misfiring so I brought it in. I had them perform a major tune up with a cleaning of all cylinders. They fixed it in a very timely manner(Same Day). Unfortunately it started misfiring again about 1 month later. I brought it back, and after diagnosis they found a faulty part (coil) and replaced it with no charge. 10 ⭐️!
