Went to Penny's hair salon since I was in between hair stylists. I usually know I can get a good cut and color at Penny's and I wasn't disappointed. Amanda highlighted and colored my hair. Love the color and I finally got the cut I have wanted for a long time. Love it!Service: Haircut
