When I called Idaho fire & flood, Bret M. Was out to our house within the hour, even after their business hours. He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Tiera Nash went above and beyond to help me. She is compassionate, reliable, and very professional. I also recently had the privilege of working alongside with her at a community event as well. She was one of the hardest working people there.! Very impressed! I love how much Idaho Fire Flood & Restoration does to be actively involved our community. Not all company’s are so immersed and active in our community in which they offer services. They will always be my first choice and recommendation when things go bad and you need to call help!
