The staff was very nice and friendly however, I asked for a trim with a little face framing in the front. The first thing that kinda bothered me is that she just started cutting without asking me how much I wanted off. Thankfully she didn’t cut too much off. I didn’t notice until I got home and looked in the mirror that she butchered the face framing.

This location did an excellent job.. I didn't like the cut I ASKED for... called.. asked if I could come back in for a redue and told them it would be almost a week before I could make it back.. they said of course I could.. when I walked in.. the whole staff was apologetic... and I did my very best to assure them it was MY fault.. not theirs

Just traveling through town. First customer of the morning. Online check in without downloading the app and creating an account. Salon was clean and tidy. Explained what I wanted to Courtney, she asked a couple questions and started. Had a pleasant conversation while she cut. Took my overgrown bowl cut with an uneven undercut to a sassy short cut with a sharp looking fade all around. Best cut I've had in a long time. Totally satisfied
