Lydia did such an amazing job with my massage therapy. I felt amazing after. She is very talented and stays on a spot until the knot is worked out. And was the first massage therapist who actually focused on and gave extra attention to my trouble spots. I 100% will book with her again soon. Amazing job!
Deep Kneads is literally amazing! Training and competing as a Collegiate Polevaulter puts some serious stress on your body- going to Deep Kneads was a game changer for me and my ability to not only make it through practice/competition out of pain but even feel strong and capable in my movements! I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff were skilled and happy to discuss my personal aches, muscle issues and happy to give me tips for management off of the massage table. I won’t make this review any longer but for sure could! We went for a couples massage as a wedding anniversary gift. The staff were respectful of our privacy, professional, and gave us a good massage. The facility was clean and comfortable. It was a great experience.
