I cannot say enough wonderful things about this florist and their incredible customer service.
At 6:00 a.m., I accidentally ordered flowers from a florist in the wrong city. These flowers were extremely important to me, and I was devastated when I received an email with a refund at 3:30 p.m. telling me they don't deliver to that city. I then
ordered through Christine's Floral, and the order confirmation indicated that the flowers would not be delivered until the following day. I immediately sent an email explaining the situation and later called around 4:45 p.m. to see if there was anything that could be done.
