I took my 1 year old yorkie in Embarrassed to say he had some fairly bad matting. No judgement from the staff and he came out looking amazing. I will be taking him back to Shelby in 6 weeks. Thank you for being so kind and professional
I’m so very, very pleased with my experience at Cassy’s Caring Paws!! My 16 year old dog had a traumatic experience at her old groomer, so I needed to find a new one. My daughter recommended that I take her to Cassy’s, since that’s where she takes her dog. The gals at Cassy’s are so kind and listened to all of my concerns about my old dog. They reassured me that if Bailey started having any difficulties that they would stop the grooming and give me a call. Well, Bailey didn’t have any troubles whatsoever, and did great with them! I always want the best for my dog because my pets mean the world to me.
I am so glad I found such a friendly facility that I feel comfortable leaving my anxiety-ridden lab with on grooming days and she will be well cared for.
I know they love Molly as much as we do. Two people have said she was one of their favorite dogs to groom.
We may be moving to another town, but most likely will stay with Cassy's Caring Paws for Molly's groomer.
