Exceptional service! We drove up from Utah because of their friendly service and willingness to work with us. From the moment we contacted them, they made us feel like we were their top priority, unlike other larger stores closer to home. Andy, our sales rep, and Chris, our service technician, went above and beyond to answer our questions and make us feel completely comfortable in making the right purchase for our family. I had an issue with my travel trailer with a tire breaking free on the way to a camping site shearing of the entire hub and tire. This led to needing a axle replacement, rim and tire. First of all the service person Andrew was very held and professional throughout the process. We did experiences a issues with part of the new grease hub on one side coming off twice after the repair/ replacement of the axle causing me to have to return once from an camping site to have it fixed before driving back south to Logan Utah, and then finding it had come apart again. This again lead to me towing it back to Pocatello 1 1/2 hours And a full tank of diesel. Not to mention at $4.79...read full review
