The service provided from the staff and the doctor was amazing this place is so comfortable and it’s so nice to know it’s not going to put me in debt when I need care for my dogs I was so impressed that they take precautions in making sure dogs do not interact as I have a dog aggressive dog. On all of my appointments I have never had to wait I highly recommend her!!
Bannock Animal Medical Center remains a place of security for the animals being treated and the animal owners. It is ran with friendly front people and very knowledgeable professionals . Thank you all for the outstanding care you provided Lilly...and thank you for being so kind and supportive for Lillys 10yr old owner. They were both nervous and they brought them both through magnificently. Thank you. ?
We had an emergency situation and the cost was not only reasonable, but the care was incredible (on mother’s day too). The vet was able to meet us within 20 minutes to take our dog for stitches and were available for (maybe too many) follow up calls during the week and were happy to answer all of my questions. They completed the removal for the stitches with no extra cost for an appointment and the entire staff was so supportive throughout the entire situation. We have been taking our pets there since our first dog almost 7 years ago. Since then we’ve added 2 more dogs and a cat to the pack and they treat each of them like family.
