We recently worked with John VanOrden to obtain a loan for our first home. John came highly recommended by a friend of mine he had helped in getting a home as well as my realtor. The first time home buying experience was nerve racking at times, but John always made himself available to take my calls and help explain things so that I could understand. John was amazing in all aspects of the process and his staff were very genuine and helpful when I reached our for questions. Me and my husband were first time home buyers and at first we doubted we would qualify based on our income and circumstances...other mortgage companies were way lower with loan amounts...but John and his staff outlined and thoroughly evaluated our finances and gave us an incredible interest rate regardless. The whole home buying process was smooth and less stressful and I am so very thankful. This company will go above and beyond for you!
