I am beyond grateful to have access to this vet clinic. The entire staff is wonderful, whether I am bringing a cat or dog in for a wellness visit, calling in with questions or scheduling needs, or purchasing prescriptions. Exam fees, prescriptions, diagnostics, and vaccines are all AFFORDABLE! More so than in any other area I have lived. And the quality of care far exceeds any of my past experiences. The vet techs know our pets by name, Dr. Patti is clearly a genuine and warm-hearted individual (same of the other doctors we have seen), communication is clear and I have never felt pressured in any way. Very refreshing!! If only they accepted human patients.
I first brought my golden retriever to Dr. Patti at Silver Valley Veterinary Clinic when he needed to be seen on a day when our normal vet was closed. Since that day a few years ago, I chose to make the hour drive from our home for our pets normal care because I was so blown away by the amazing care they offered. I was so appreciative of her professionalism, time and compassion as well as the reasonable cost of being seen. She led us through all of the options and let us make our own choices without feeling any pressure. You can tell that all of the staff really loves what they do and only want the best for our pets. We landed at this clinic in an emergency situation. My baby girl was very, very ill. The staff gave us excellent, compassionate care and helped us get Bella stabilized. I am forever grateful that they were quick to diagnose and so gentle in their approach to my distraught dog.
She was transferred to an emergency hospital and spent the night there. She is home now and resting, although her attitude took no time in returning.
