American Rooter and Drain replaced a water heater quickly when there was a house full of guests. Porter was friendly and professional. Steve also did a tune-up service on the furnace and A/C and did a great job. Overall, McCrea Heating & Plumbing is highly recommended for any heating and plumbing needs, thanks to their dedication and quality work.
Basically was told that I had to sign up for a mandatory 1 year service with them before they’d come fix anything which was $2,400. They also charged me $250 for the drive. Both times. (I live in New Meadows, but still kind of steep.) They fixed two problems and I’m later told it can only be one problem or the other, not both. I cancelled the service with them (was told in the beginning that they’d refund me if I cancelled…) so they refunded me $300. Wouldn’t recommend this company to someone I considered an enemy. They are not BBB accredited.
In an age where it's hard to get a company to reply to an inquiry, McCrea responded right away and sent Travis out. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.
