I used to have experiences of waiting like 2hrs at other doctors office, and then they would see you for 10min, but they're not shy to bill you a fortune... Just didn't feel right... just make you feet like they're more after your wallet than your wellbeing. But since the day-one I started to see Dr Carroll in 2014 ..been 10 years already now, it's totally the opposite. He always makes you feel relaxed, valued as a person and gives you AMPLE TIME and respect. Everyone here are very nice. I come to a clinic like this in order to be treated well, with respect and understanding, because I pay for that… and that’s exactly what I feel at Health Care with Heart. I like the other providers, but my favorite is Dr Carroll. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to me; answer all my questions. I highly recommend him!

Dr Carroll is an amazing MD who cares about his patients and goes above and beyond! Ben and Lisa are amazing NPs. I appreciate their help and expertise whenever I need it! The remodeled office is gorgeous and clean! Staff is also excellent. Highly recommend this office over big box clinic! Personalized Healthcare with Heart!
