Had vertex in Meridian, ID and since moving to Twin Falls, ID we thought about switching pest control due to the lack of attention to detail and customer service. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with our technician (I believe it was Cody, he was out of cards). Great customer service, took his time with our service and hit all the areas we requested. I am happy we decided to stay with Vertex after this appointment.
Vertex is THE BEST! They have great customer service and when I need anything extra they are fabulous to do their best to accommodate as quickly as possible. I HATE creepy crawlies and I never see one around anymore since Vertex has been coming. Hands down the best money I spend every 3 months.
Vertex is an outstanding pest control firm. I have been using them since 2021 and have been very pleased with their services. Their staff is very attentive and courteous. I would totally recommend them to anyone seeking pest control services.
