I love the friendliness of the girls who work here, professional yet casual so it isn't too business stiff. They do a great job with my mom's dog Everytime I bring him in. He's normally jumpy and all but he is totally chill when he goes there. Highly recommend them.
They take great care of my dog, he's a big boy and can be stubborn but they are gentle and get him all taken care of, I highly recommend Pretty Paws and I will continue to take my boy there
The ladies in Parma took great care of my chow/doodle mix. He’s still a spastic pup and his coat was a disaster after he got into some cockleburs. They were very kind and patient with him, and I can tell he feels like a million bucks. Highly recommend! Price was also very affordable considering his size and all the time/labor involved… Thank you!!
