Awesome experience as a new client. Fast and super friendly, kitty was not freaked out badly by the experience at all and the vet and techs were very kind. And incredibly affordable. 100% will go back, if necessity arises.

POV has now helped us with the last of our 5 furry family members transitions from this realm. They provided excellent care while they were alive and helped us in navigating sometimes really tough end of life decisions. Phone calls to discuss matters more in depth between visits, patient explanations of all aspects of the situation and compassion throughout. I'm forever grateful for their balance of professionalism and gentleness They always made letting go a little easier.

I called at 8am this morning to see if they take emergency walk-ins and the receptionist was so sweet, she asked my dog’s symptoms and went and asked the doctor. He said to bring him in at 9am! That meant so much, I didn’t want to drive into Spokane, and the emergency vets prices in Spokane are absolutely outrageous. Not only did they take great care of my pup and help me plan out treatment, they saved me a drive and probably $1,000. Thank you!
