Do not trust Royalty Construction a very untrustworthy company. The owner Sir Welch will take your money ASAP and forget you. He will come back when he say that he needs money. Been over one year and our extension is still not finished. He will make you many promises and will not keep then. Don’t even give a deadline. He will not even try to meet it. Answer questions in a very vague way and untruthful. Beware if you like to thought money away then royalty construction is for you.

Sir Welch has debts all over the treasure valley. He does not pay his suppliers. SealMaster would not recommend working for this company or doing any business with them.
