I've been in to Ulta a few times here in Moscow & the staff is always so knowledgeable & helpful. Today was something compleatly above & beyond. Holly really helped my friend out of a mascara mistake! My friend had tried some new waterproof mascara & it was really bothering her eyes. We had tried simple makeup remover wipes that claimed they would take it off but thoes did nothing. So we dropped into the local Ulta in Moscow, & Holly helped remove her mascara. It took a a bit of work but we are so greatful for Holly's expertise. Thank You Holly!!!
