I moved to Idaho from out of start Oct of 2022. Team Idaho has been so great through the entire process. Maintenance requests were filled in a timely manner and reasonable. Communication with the team has been great, I highly recommend using there services! I expressed needing a bigger space for my family and they were able to help with that! AMAZING TEAM.

I do recommend team Idaho property management for any potential tenants. Their tenant portal is very easy it use, from paying for rent, to requesting maintenance. The staff has always been very welcoming, helpful and professional. I’ve rented for this management company for nearly two years and it has been one of the better renting experiences I’ve had.
