I have had a great experience with Lauder so far. Tayler was a joy to work with and helped me find an apartment that fit my needs and budget perfectly. All of the properties I was able to tour were phenomenal and well taken care of (and I was very picky and had to tour a lot lol). Tayler was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable which made me feel very confident in renting through them.
Would highly recommend! Have rented through this management company and they have been nothing but helpful. They work with you no matter your situation without judgment. They will help as much as the can. Tayler will help with anything she can and will stay on top of it. Ask for her and she will get you to the right place if she can’t help. The maintenance team is very respectful, and very well organized for their department. They respect your privacy but also get the things they need to get done, done. We had a great experience with the company! We rented for 2 months a two bedroom apartment fully renovated for a very affordable price. This was the only company who offered month to month lease in Moscow and Pullman. The location was excellent, next to UofI and stores. Lauder team was very supportive and super nice!
