I have been a patient here the past 2 years and have only had good experiences. Reception is kind and highly efficient, the medical staff are always thorough and fairly quick, and scheduling an appt is not hard at all. I’m in my late 20s, on Medicaid, healthy, and have gone there for both dental and medical. 10/10 recommend
This is the only reasonable option for low income households. And I really appreciate that they are part of our community. But, they can run incredibly behind due (i assume) to a combination of high demand and low staffing (specificly the dental portion of the office). Due to this, I had to leave because i am a single parent and have responsibilities...so, the appointment that i waited several months for, came to an unfortunate end without fixing my cavity. A wild guess, ill probably end up with an infection and need an extraction before im able to get seen again. Update: The issue ended up being someone (Christy) in the call center decided to cancel the appointment without the dr’s knowledge. The nurse called and had me come in.
This branch has fallen to a low in the last year. They used to be a solid bastion for health in the Moscow community. My experiences in the last year have centered on five same day cancelations from their staff. I had a medical emergency today and they canceled my appointment because they had reached capacity and didn’t think my eye bleeding worth being seen. I can’t afford a trip to the emergency room but that is what they suggested before hanging up on me.
