I started a small property management company and was looking for a small business to handle the lawn maintenance at my rental houses. The large companies are ok, but there's no personal service and the tech may change from week to week. I needed someone I could trust to not only do a good job, but who would also report back to me with any maintenance issues or concerns. Thankfully I found Jacob!! He is friendly and personable and a very hard worker! The yards he's maintaining are newer sod and between the irrigation issues and the super-hot weather, it's been touch and go all summer.
