Used Pat’s Glass for a cracked shower window replacement. Got a call the day of the install that the new window ordered was cracked. Tim called to apologize and a week later came to install the newly ordered window. Great customer service and communication!
Wow! I’m ver impressed with the quality of the doors, the quality of the work that was done and by the quality of the staff that I interacted with during this process! We had a lady come out by herself and she took down the old doors and installed the new ones! The trim and everything looks perfect! Thank you!
Pat’s recently completed both our new home and a spec house, both in McCall. They installed garage doors and shower enclosures, all done with very good craftsmanship and with good product. An adjustment or two was needed and they returned and completed with satisfaction. We feel confident endorsing Pat’s Glass !
