From the very beginning of communicating with the salon, Joey answered all questions, looked at photos I sent, and even when I was silent for a week or 2, he followed up to see if I was interested/comfortable scheduling an appointment. I came into the salon with close to virgin dirty blonde, slight chlorine green stained hair and asked for something that was a big change for me. I’ve never been able to do anything to my hair, so for the first time getting bangs, layers, and dying it brown, it was nerve racking, exciting, and scary all at the same time. Joey did an amazing job in making sure I felt comfortable and asking enough questions to know exactly what I wanted and how to execute the look while giving opinion based on expertise. He was very patient and took his time to make sure he did the best job he could while taking into consideration different dimension and warmth to add in my hair. It came out absolutely gorgeous! ❤ I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to feel renewed; your hair will be stunning!! Your customer service is on point! Thank you so much!
