I go to Clearview for my audiology and optometry, the docs are great and the staff are too. But....Last week I had my annual eye exam and decided I needed a pair of good reading glasses in the stead of the off the shelf type I have been wearing. My exam was paid for by the VA and again the staff were great until I went to pick out a frame and type of lens. The lady that was "helping" me seemed very uninterested in what was going on to the point of being rude. She slammed a box down on the counter and started writing on a piece of paper then sat there and stared at me. Excellent care..dedicated staff..beautiful space! Would highly recommend their practice!

I went there ONCE. Dr spent looking at machines and never looked AT me. Very disappointed in patient care. Receptionist gave misinformation on phone. They bill "medical " , it is a higher pay code, unlike my eye doc. I paid at their office and would not have paid if gone to my smaller building eye specialist. Chain of eye specialists with offices throughout N ID. Glasses are separate business and very expensive. Dont recommend at all. Pacific Laser on 5th!
