Ultima Medical Spa is no longer in business. It was shut down due to the economy in recession. A business must be doing something right when only one bad review was received in 30 years.Estimating each person's amount of botox is an art and the smallest amount you use, the less it will cost the patient. In this case the amount of units of Botox was not enough to fully inhibit all her muscles in her face. A person is asked to return in two weeks to check this. Unfortunately, scheduling on both parties prevented her from coming in until nearly six weeks later.
