About a week after the install, he called me and spent about 30 mins on the phone answering questions I had about my new setup. He did not try to upsell, but he was very clear on the important things to consider for my specific situation (security, ease of functionality, etc.). I am so blessed by this Company. Pat is so easy to work with. There has been many of times where I believe that the world is crashing, and just a text to Pat and a phone call can fix everything.
