I recently had to have my cat put to sleep because of illness. I took her to Orchards pet hospital. Everyone that I talked to and dealt with were compassionate and professional. They sent me a sympathy card with a hand written note. The staff all wrote a little note on the card. It meant a lot to receive a personal message from them. Cali was my buddy and it was heartbreaking to have to put her down, it meant a lot to get the care that they provided.
The staff at Orchards Pet is amazing! We consistently call for an urgent care appointment and they always seem to find a time slot for us that day or the next day at the latest. We would not consider any other veterinarian for our pets needs.
My wife and I were in need of a health check for a puppy prior to our bringing it home since we live approximately 200 miles from Lewiston. Even though we are not a continual patient user. We would be if we lived in the area. Orchards Pet Hospital were quick to arrange an appointment for our needs. They are very personable - attentive - and follow up on their services.
