Thanks Doug, even though I wasn't there I got a thorough inspection that came with pictures so I could clearly see what was being discussed and feel like I have a good grasp on the things I need to address!
My inspection was great! I won't know for certain until I move in the house, but have no reason to believe it wasn't perfect. Done in a timely manner and trusted the inspector. I was grateful to learn what was going on underneath the house.
From start to finish, K&K exhibited professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Doug arrived promptly and conducted a comprehensive examination of the property. He didn't rush through the inspection but instead took the time to inspect every nook and cranny of the house. What stood out the most was the inspector's knowledge and ability to communicate effectively. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights into maintenance and potential upgrades.
