“I recently had Valley Electric do some work for me on a remodel project that I was doing in a home that was built in approximately 1959. I had them install 7 light fixtures in a master bedroom suite. The structure of older homes aren't always compatible with how new fixtures are installed and it requires some ingenuity and patience, not to mention creativity. I was prepared for it to take a while and be a mess because the surfaces we were working with were lathe and plaster.

I went back to the job site after about 3 hours and the work
had been completed and the guys had already left.

But here is what I want to really emphasize.....besides everything working perfectly, the job was absolutely spotless. They had
taken all the packing material away from the jobsite and there
was not a spec of evidence that they had ever been there. The furniture was back in place and I swear they vacuumed!

In my business this doesn't happen very often and I can't tell you how important it is. I was thrilled.

One more thing.......did I mention that these guys were young??
It is critical that our trade businesses are recruiting and training
young people to come up in our industry. Kudo's to Cory Woody
for not for just investing in new blood, but also for teaching them the fine points of a job really well done.
