Dylan, the technician, seemed to do a thorough job when conducting the furnace tune up. He also did a good job of communicating what he was seeing while doing the inspection.
Paul, the comfort advisor, was knowledgeable with going over all the options available to us and what he thought would work best for our home.
Chris, the installer, showed up on time and completed work in a timely manner. Everything seems to be working well so far. It has been just over 3 weeks since the work was completed.

Dani F. was our service technician that performed our annual HVAC maintenance service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and the quality of work was excellent. I really appreciated his recommendations to improve the efficiency and useful life of the furnace. I would highly recommend Ultimate for any HVAC service and repairs.
