Larry came and helped tow my truck back to Kuna from Swan Falls Dam! He was so nice to work with and they made a stressful situation easier with their great customer service and professionalism!
My son's girlfriend's car was stuck a bit out in the street during the heavy snowfall. My subdivision is horrible and didn't bother to have the streets shoveled for almost a week. Neighbor called the police and we tried several methods like AAA... they sick and wouldn't come out. Called Naylor Towing and the driver was excellent. Said he would be out in about an hour and a half and arrived even earlier and had the car unstuck in 15 minutes. I'm sorry I didn't get the drivers name but he and Naylor Towing are a great example of customer service.
Scheduled an early morning tow to have a tracked skid steer towed to a shop. It's was snowing and raining. Had zero issues loading the 10,000 lbs machine. Very punctual, friendly, and affordable. Definitely would recommend.
