I had the pleasure of working with Skylar Bullard today. He is a fantastic technician who really seems to understand what he is doing and talking about. I asked him how the AC system works and he walked me through thr components and how they worked together. Would recommend 10/10 to friends and family. Thank you again Skylar!
I really appreciate Justin digging in and discovering my last April Air humidifier canister was the wrong model. It was a subtle difference but found it and made it a point to find the correct part locally so I didn’t have to wait to get it fixed. Thanks Justin.
Elite Systems saved the day! I needed last minute assistance and Hannah was able to take my call at the end of the work day and help resolve my issue. She was friendly, professional, and was very quick with getting the appropriate information for me. There are many HVAC companies out there but I am an Elite Systems lifer now thanks to Hannah!Update: Skyler came by today and was exceptional. He was able to complete the job quickly, gave me advice on next steps, and even advised on yearly maintenance which I purchased thanks to Skyler!Very happy to work with good companies that have great employees like Skyler and Hannah!
